Caledonia Cares began as an idea several years ago when it became clear that there were populations of our community that not only lacked representation, but didn't even feel a sense of belonging. So we decided to change that.
The consistent feedback was that the idea of more community involvement was nice...but no one had the time for a traditional volunteer role. So...we decided to change that, too.
As we continue to explore the true needs of our community, we look forward to coming together and ensuring we are audaciously caring for every individual in Caledonia through inclusive events and community service. If you have an idea on how you, or someone you love, can be best honored and respresented in the Caledonia area, we would love to know!
